A plugin called <a href="http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/head-cleaner/" rel="nofollow"><strong>Head Cleaner</strong></a>.
What it does? Cleaning tags from your WordPress header and footer by just a few click. You have administration page that you can control everything.
